Ⅱ.Enterprise Needs
SF Express currently has the problem that the sorting conveyor belt is too short in the parcel sorting process, which cannot meet the needs of parcel sorting during the e-commerce promotion period. After understanding the needs, Poshysmart customized the lengthened cross-belt sorting and conveying equipment for SF Express. The device improves the efficiency of parcel sorting and transportation while saving space, and greatly saves labor costs.

1.Small impact on commodities and gentle sorting;
2.The sorting is fast and accurate; the number of sorting outlets is large.
3.Adapt to all kinds of commodities, as long as they are flat-bottomed commodities such as cardboard boxes and plastic boxes;
4.The equipment adopts a modular structure, which can be assembled according to the required size. The swing direction adopts stepper motor and
servo motor to control the swing direction as a whole.
5.The sorting ball is coated with polyurethane, and the surface is treated with anti-skid to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the ball.
6.Conveying speed 60-100m/min, frequency control;
7.The body is made of 4mm carbon steel plate by laser welding, the surface is galvanized, and the bracket is made by laser bending. The product has a beautiful appearance and a solid structure.
